Tired....

Well, it's Sunday and we may have survived another weekend. J is on call again and I'm fighting off a @#***$# cold. Not good when you're trying to keep up with 2 type A kids. At least two of B's friends had birthday parties this weekend (one yesterday and one today), so we had something "cool" to do. Temps here are in the high 80's and very sunny, so it was definately a good time for water activities! L (daughter, 3) was exhausted so nap time was not a big fuss. B (son, 5) is still awake- very rarely can I find an activity that will wear him out enough to sleep. They both have had enough sugar to put them into a coma, but come on- it's a birthday party! I'm sitting here thinking, "Damn, I still need to go to the store"- what's a good reason not to go? You mom know why I don't want to take 2 kids to the store. It's not a problem when I just have one, but when they both go, they "feed" off each other (trying to make each other laugh) and I spend most of my time keeping them from tearing the store apart. Hmmm, maybe I can just get something to eat tonight and then go tomorrow for everything else. OK, now I think I'm to the point where I am rambling- way too tired to be posting on a blog.
